Facilitation
Chris helps groups of colleagues attain specific objectives for a meeting, seminar or workshop by focusing management and staff on the important matters, not the details of running the meeting. Chris's facilitation support can help improve your organisation and structure; reduce conflict while addressing difficult issues; increase attainment of objectives within an agreed time; help groups reach consensus and solve problems; act as a neutral party to moderate discussions and clarify the overall picture.
